Kiryat Bialik has twinned with a number of cities:
- Berlin - Steiglitz in Germany
- Zellendorf and Langenfeld in Germany
- Zapopan in Mexico
- Tibilisi in Georgia

The town has tied up with the Jewish Federation in South Palm Beach, Florida, as part of the Jewish Agency's programme of “Partnership 2000”.

Recently, as a result of the Second Lebanon war, Kiryat Bialik has signed an allegiance and twinned with Rosh Ha'ayin which is situated in the center of the country.
Delegations of youth and adults, professionals social workers together with people from the educational and cultural departments, frequently visit Kiryat Bialik while Kiryat Bialik, in return, send delegations to these cities.

In the framework of external affairs, informal ties between the citizens of the towns and cities have developed, as a result of the use of the internet and private visits.

These strong external ties allow for enriching cultures, promoting education, mutual learning experiences and especially developing social contacts and ties.
