Ester Park is a 12 dunam amusement park that was built in Afek neighborhood near the Magistrate's Court in Kiryat Bialik. The inauguration of the park has been taken place on December 25 th , 2009. The establishment of the park was possible thanks to the generous donation of Ester Ingrid Bigman, a former resident of Kiryat Bialik, who asked in her will to build such a park to the residents of the city, and thanks to the JNF organization.

The park is a major focus of activity for children, youth and adults. The park includes unique playing facilities, fitness facilities, picnic seating, lawns and paths. The park upgrades the city of Kiryat Bialik and emphasizes its beauty. There are 10 trees in the park that were planted by Ester's family members.
