Many of the youth of Kiryat Bialik belong to youth movements.

The active youth movements in the town are:
- The Scouts ("Hatzofim")
- “The Machanot Haolim”
- Bnai Akiva (religious group)
- “No’am” (Jewish Conservative youth)
- “Hanoar Haoved Vehalomed”
- “Noar Le Noar” (Youth to Youth)

The youth and sports department arrange the Kiryat Bialik march yearly, in which every age group participates, thus encouraging and developing sport activities for both the youth and adults.
